Kris Stilwell
Kris joined Dr. Neale’s team as our Appointment Coordinator in May 2008. Moving from Seattle, Washington, she brings more than ten years of dental experience to our office and a love for Starbucks coffee. She enjoys spending time with her cats, Psycho and Baby Kitty and her dog, Sami and is a great cook! |

Nicole Outley
Nicole joined Dr. Neale’s team as a Certified Orthodontic Assistant in June 2008. She is originally from Vermont where she worked in orthodontics for two years and met her husband, Bryan, who serves in the United States Air Force. They have a beautiful son, Colin, who keeps them busy. She moved to our area after a tour from Italy. She enjoys spending time with her family and cooking Italian food. |

Debbie Scheringer
Since February 2001, Debbie Scheringer has held various positions at Dr. Neale’s office. She started as our scheduling coordinator and now she is our financial coordinator. In June 2008, she graduated from Troy University, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She has been married since July 12th, 1986 to her loving husband Russ. They have two wonderful children, Russell and Celeste. She has an incredible love for animals especially her deaf dog named Chance and her Mastiff named Gus. Debbie likes to have cookouts with friends, fix up her 1977 corvette and participate in various church activities.

Gretchen Hale
Gretchen Hale is the Treatment Coordinator at Dr. Neale's office. She has been
helping create beautiful smiles since 1998. The fifth of seven children,
she grew up in Alabama , where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication
Studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Gretchen has been
happily married to her husband Lee since 1995. They have 2 beautiful children,
Brett and Eve. She is very involved in church activities at First Baptist
Church of Fort Walton Beach, volunteers at Kenwood Elementary and enjoys attending
Choctaw sporting events where her husband is an Assistant Principal.

Kay Pendergraph
Kay Pendergraph has been the Laboratory Technician at Dr. Neale's since February
2001. She is originally from the Phillipines and moved to the United States
with her husband, Dave, to whom she married in February 1986. They have 3
wonderful children: Raymond, Angela, and Jason—all who have beautiful
Dr. Neale smiles. Kay enjoys cooking and watching her children participate
in various sports.

Lindsey Chadwell
Lindsey is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and has been a member of Dr. Neale’s team since 1999. She is a native of Fort Walton Beach and is a graduate of Choctawhatchee High School. She has two wonderful children, Madalyn and Duff and is also the parent to black lab, Santana. She enjoys spending time with her children, working out and watching Gator football with her husband, Bryan.

Marnie Hollis
Marnie Hollis has been a Certified Orthodontic Assistant since 1996. She is originally
from San Diego, California but has spent most of her life her in Fort Walton
Beach and is a 1992 graduate of Choctawhatchee High School. She has been happily
married to her husband, Hunter since 1993. They currently live in Destin and
enjoy spending time with friends, traveling and going to the beach.

Brittney Jeter
Brittney began her career as Dr. Neale's Records Coordinator in September
2006. She is a graduate of Fort Walton Beach School and is originally
from Lexington, Kentucky. She was a patient of Dr. Neale's and
had so much fun at her monthly appointments that she decided to work
here! She loves getting to know her patients and to see their excitement
about getting started with their treatment. She enjoys attending
FWBHS sporting events (where her little sister is a dancer) on
the STARS dance team and spending time with her friends and family.
