Debbie Scheringer
Debbie Scheringer is the Scheduling and Financial Coordinator at Neale Orthodontics. She has been a member of the team since 2001. In June 2008, she graduated from Troy University, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is married to her loving husband Russ. They have two wonderful children, Russell and Celeste. She has an incredible love for animals especially her deaf dog named Chance and her Mastiff named Gus. Debbie likes to have cookouts with friends, fix up her 1977 corvette and participate in various church activities.

Kay Pendergraph
Kay Pendergraph has been the Laboratory Technician at Neale Orthodontics since 2001. She is originally from the Phillipines and moved to the United States with her husband, Dave. They have 3 wonderful children, Raymond, Angela, and Jason—all alumni of the BEAUTIFUL SMILES CLUB. Kay enjoys cooking, Zumba, and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter Lilly.

Amy Rynearson
Amy Rynearson is the Treatment Coordinator and Marketing Director for Neale Orthodontics. She is also a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and joined our team in 2009. She graduated from the The University of Alabama with a Bachelors degree in Human Development and Child Life. Roll Tide Roll! She later returned to Fort Walton Beach in 2005 and married her sweetheart, Greg. They have two beautiful children, Campbell and Andrew. She loves spending time with her family and friends and watching Alabama Football. |

Allie Reiswig
Allie joined the team at Neale Orthodontics in 2010. She is the Clinical Coordinator and a Certified Orthodontic Assistant. She graduated from Central Florida Institute in June 2010 after completing a rigorous dental certification program. She is originally from California and moved to Florida while she was in elementary school. She is an alumni of the BEAUTIFUL SMILES CLUB! Allie was so inspired by the transformation that orthodontics brings she decided to make it her career. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, the beach and watching the Orlando Magic. Go Magic! |

Jayce Deain
Jayce joined the Neale Orthodontic team in 2010. She is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant. She is originally from Illonois where she completed a Dental Assisting Program. She moved to the area in 2007 to be with her husband, Nathan, who serves in the United States Air Force. She enjoys being an aunt to Jordan and Johnson, spending time with her friends and family, and being with her two dachshunds, Bo and Bayah. |

Melissa Flann
Melissa joined Neale Orthodontics in 2011 as an Orthodontic Assistant. She is a graduate of the Northwest Florida State College Dental Assisting Program. She is from Pensacola and is the proud mom of two wonderful sons, Justin and Duncan. She is married to her husband Chad who is actively serving in the United States Air Force.
