Fall Contest: Teacher Appreciation

Tell us why your teacher is the best teacher you have ever had! We will pick 2 Elementary winners and we will throw a pizza pary for your entire class! We will pick 1 Middle/ High School winner who will receive a $50 I-Tunes Gift Card. The 3 BEST teachers will win a special surprise from Dr. Neale!

Holiday Contest

Please join us in collecting canned food to donate to needy families in our community. We are requesting that each and every patient bring in canned goods or non - pershable food products to our office. We will donate all items to Sharing and Caring, our local food bank. For each item you donate, you will be entered in a drawing to win a $ 100 Gift Card to Destin Commons! We will have 2 drawings, one at Thanksgiving and one at Christmas!!

Our patients are the best!!! In 2007, our generous patients donated over 500 items!!! Dr. Neale personally delivered them to Sharing and Caring and they were very appreciative!!
