Financial Arrangements and Fees
 The cost of orthodontic treatment varies and depends on the severity of the concerns and the amount of time in treatment.
We offer in office financing with no interest or finance charges and convenient payment plans. We use OrthoBanc to facilitate our payment plans. OrthoBanc electronically drafts your monthly payment form your checking account. You may select the 5th, 12th or 19th of each month for your payment to be drafted. We also accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover, which also can be automatically charged on the 1st of each month. For your convenience, you may also make a payment over our website, send in a check or make a phone payment by the 26th of each month.
We also offer a bookkeeping discount for Payment in Full by Credit
Card: 5% and by Cash or Check: 7%
Insurance
We have a Financial Coordinator on staff to assist you with all of your financial and insurance questions. We are happy to cooperate with you and your insurance carrier to allow you to receive the maximum benefits available under your policy. We will accept assignment on covered dental expenses. However, your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. We will answer any questions to the best of our knowledge about your policy, but ask that you address any questions that require more assistance with your employer or insurance carrier. Although you have dental insurance with
orthodontic coverage, you are ultimately responsible for the account.
If your coverage should change in any way, please let us know. If you have primary and secondary insurance, you may have a clause in your policy prohibiting duplication of benefits.
