In order to help our patients fulfill their treatment goals, we have an incentive program for you!  At the beginning of treatment you will receive your BEAUTIFUL SMILES CLUB card.  You can earn points in lots of different ways, being on time for your appointment, seeing your dentist for regular check- ups and cleanings, wearing your Dr. Neale t-shirt to appointments, "like" us on Facebook and much much more.  You can then use your points towards awesome gift cards.   Visit our patient hub or just ask us for all the details.
